Founded by Jen and Ant, our co-directors, the inspiration behind our mission comes from Jen’s own family story. From a young age, Jen witnessed the lifelong challenges and triumphs of her brother Peter, who lives with an acquired brain injury. Through Peter's journey, Jen gained invaluable insights into the resilience, potential, and contributions of individuals with disabilities.

Driven by her experiences with Peter, Jen was inspired to create High Tide Disability Services, a company dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. With over 15 years of experience working with children with disabilities and a background in special education, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team.
